Most other frame manufacturers don't have enough information to be able to make an informed decision on which product to buy. I believe if you put that much effort into your website, you must have put that much into your products. I received my new hoop. It is beautiful and exactly the quality I expected. Thank you so much! I love using it and will let my quilting friends know about your great service. What I want to say is that the Hinterberg people have been more than good to me! I really appreciate them, they really do care about their customers and go a long way to help you with questions and any problems that may happen. Never, have I been treated rude or otherwise for asking questions......shipments have been lightening fast! I don't feel that you should worry about the Hinterberg Co., they are probably the most wonderful people to work with. I would send anyone to them. I have the Hinterberg frame and LOVE it !!! For 9 years it's been a part of my living room furniture, much of the time with a quilt for one of my 7 children. Or for tacking comforters for many of my 18 grandchildren. Then for the past 4 years I've made lap robes for the needy-by the score, using it to 'tack' them. If it were studded with gemstones, it couldn't be more of a jewel. I LOVE it. My husband said it was the finest piece he has ever put together. Please take this as an ultimate compliment, as he is a carpenter by trade and a cabinet maker by profession for over forty years. I am enjoying using the hoop on the stand as I am trying to complete a quilt that my great grandmother had pieced by hand. She died in 1935 before I was born. He also attached extra lumber to the top of the frame and ran a pole across the top and attached a work light. It is really cool. Dear Sirs, The center post of my Homestead Hoop broke last Saturday. I phoned your customer service on Monday morning. The representative said she would send a new one. It arrived today - two days later - and the quilting frame is now back together and ready for the quilt I've been working on.
