Hinterberg Design, Inc. warrants all of our hoops and frames for five full years from the date of purchase to the original owner. We will replace without charge any part that fails due to defective materials or workmanship. Call or write to Hinterberg Design Customer Service for instructions. This warranty does not apply to damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others.
